The Pawtucket 35 is a yacht designed by the renowned designer Peter Cole, known for his work in both cruising and racing yachts; the Pawtucket 35 has a focus on performance, comfort, and seaworthiness. A big volume boat that can go anywhere or an ideal live-a-board.

With a neat and practical custom interior and a full galley to port, the yacht has two large quarter berths aft, a single berth opposite the settee berth, and a V-berth forward with a forward port side separate head and shower. 
Alicia is powered by a 24HP Bukh diesel - low hours and just fully serviced.
It comes with new stainless rigging, is newly rewired, and has a big suite of sails, wheel steered, solar panels, and new batteries. The vessel also has had new hatches and windows fitted and hull and deck re-spray.
